IDS Next rolls out two new mobility apps

Hospitality technology solutions provider IDS Next has rolled out two new mobility apps - Easy Dine and Easy Check-in, as part of it’s strategy to invest in developing futuristic solutions for the Indian market. Easy Dine is an intuitive app that allows hotel staff to take orders quickly and accurately, and raise a KOT even while standing by the guest. The Easy Check-in app enables hotel staff to complete check-in formalities even while escorting the guest to their room.

Bangalore, February 5, 2013 - FortuneNEXT6i, the newest version of IDS NEXT’s Hotel ERP, gets PA DSS Compliance Certification.

With the Payment Application Data Security Standards (PA DSS) v2.0. Certification, IDS NEXT’s Hotel ERP becomes the first Indian Hotel ERP Solution to receive the certification.

PA DSS was formerly known as Payment Application Best Practices (PABP) and is a global security standard created by the Payment Industry Security Standards Council for software vendors who develop payment applications. The standard is designed to enable software vendors to develop secure payment applications and prevent third parties from storing sensitive data such as credit card numbers beyond a stipulated time. The PA DSS is an effective method to protect cardholder’s data.
The new version of IDS NEXT’s Hotel ERP, FortuneNEXT6i was launched in September 2012 as a robust hospitality solution with a strong architecture.
