Widely projected as a land of opportunity, Gujarat is
marching ahead as one of the most favored tourism and hospitality destinations
in India. This westernmost state of India has recently conferred ‘industry
status’ to its thriving tourism industry. This initiative will no doubt propel the
growth of tourism and hotels across the state.

travelers’ paradise
Gujarat showcases some of its unique tourism products
to attract a growing number of guests. Be it Gir national park, the home to
Asiatic lions or archaeological sites in Lothal and Dholavira, the ancient city
on Kutch, Gujarat has promoted them with much vigor. Religious tourism does
